Alfredo is a true local from Bahia de Banderas.

His family moved here when he was only six years of age. Ever since, he has accumulated extensive professional and personal experience in this unique part of the country.

He understands the local lifestyle, economy, social life, and market trends like very few do. Over the years, his business philosophy and extensive sales and real estate practice have gained him a reputation for integrity among colleagues and clients. For him, business is about educating his clients and helping them make informed decisions when buying or selling a home. As well as anticipating and responding to their needs.

Regarding real estate, he is particularly interested in homes and developments that maintain a sense of community and are in harmony with their habitat. In addition to real estate, Alfredo has a real passion for nature, teaching, and the ocean. He has many stories about the sea and his experience as a freediver and high-performance athlete when he achieved seven freediving national records.

Besides working as a full-time real estate advisor for almost a decade now, Alfredo spends his day’s scuba diving and exploring the ocean – which is his second home.
