About Susu

Susu is a fifth-generation Hawaiian who grew up surrounded by the ocean and mountains. After studying Business Administration, Marketing, and Interior Design on the U.S. mainland, she returned to Hawaii, where she worked in the restaurant industry in Waikiki. Her interest in real estate grew as she staged high-end homes for realtors and invested in properties, flipping homes across the U.S. and later in Baja California Sur starting in 2018.

Susu earned her U.S. Real Estate License before relocating to Mexico, where she is also licensed. After five years in Cabo San Lucas, she fell in love with La Paz and made it her home, drawn by its peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, spacious properties, and rare access to water.
