Francisco Javier Rios is a licensed Computer Science Engineer and certified Real Estate Advisor with over 11 years of experience in the Puerto Vallarta market. A full-time resident for 12 years, he combines technical expertise with deep local market knowledge. Beginning his real estate career in 2013 as a Data Analyst and Web Developer, Francisco advanced to Marketing Director, leading marketing initiatives for over five years. He obtained his official Real Estate Advisor Certification through SEP CONOCER in 2020 and completed advanced training with AMPI Vallarta-Nayarit.
