After graduating with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa, Katelin’s unmatched work ethic led her to real estate when she accepted a position with Bennett Property Shop Realty. Here, she specialized primarily in pre-construction and resale condo sales for the #1 team in Ottawa. Katelin quickly learned all the fundamentals to kick start her career. From there, Katelin was offered an incredible opportunity in commercial real estate as a sales representative with Canderel Realties, one of the largest real estate development companies in Canada.

Katelin not only brings a wealth of knowledge from working with clients across two countries and three languages (she’s fluent in English, French and Spanish); but it’s her ability to truly understand her customers’ needs that sets her apart as the perfect partner for finding your dream property. Despite being born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Puerto Vallarta has always been Katelin’s second home, where she’s been traveling and exploring this charming coastal city since she was a child. The lovely Mexican culture and vibe is what lured Katelin to finally call Mexico home since 2015. As someone who has made the move herself, Katelin knows exactly how it feels to live outside your comfort zone, immerse yourself in another culture, and absolutely thrive. In her spare time, Katelin loves being at the beach or out on the ocean boating and fishing. She also enjoys surfing and designing lost-wax casting jewelry. Katelin gives back to the community as much as possible through charity work and has helped rescue many stray animals. With Puerto Vallarta’s dynamic gastronomy, she loves finding local gems to eat at and exploring new places to see and activities to do in and around the Bay area.
